Notes: This Timetable is current from 02/09/24. Freshstart Fitness reserves the right to make changes to this timetable, and our opening and closing times at any time. Please check validity of timetable and opening times before arriving by visiting on our website, App or Social Media.
Towel Requirement: All Gym users must use a towel in the gym & in the classes. It must be used to wipe down equipment after every use
Class Bookings: All class sizes are limited to 20 people. Members must book into classes via our Freshstart Fitness App.
Equipment Requirements: For Pilates & Yoga, Classes you must bring your own floor mat & towel. Mats can be hired for $5.00. Boxing participants need to bring their own boxing gloves, Wrist & Hand Wraps are highly recommended but not essential.
Memberships: Our Gym & Classes Membership includes access to all of our Group Fitness classes along with all of the classes on the Timetables excluding, Strong 60+, Functional Kids & Functional Teens. For these classes please call the reception for more information.
Casual Visits: Visitors are welcome to exercise at Freshstart, on your first visit you will be required to complete a "Pre-Exercise Questionnaire". Our Casual Visit Prices (Per person) A/dult $30.00, Guest of a member or Student $25.00
Public Holidays: Access for 24hr members only, please check the timetable and booking system for class times & availability on these days.
LOWER BODY & ABS
What? This strength classes uses a variety of functional movements and equipment including kettlebells, dumbells and gravity machines to strengthen the legs, glutes and abs. Followed by a 10-12 min higher intensity workout, working on the lower body, burning calories and improving cardio fitness.

What? Barre focuses on small, isometric movements inspired by ballet movements like plies and attitudes. Our Barre classes use equipment including ballet bars, pilates bands and Pilates balls.

FLOW YOGA

What? In our boxing classes you will be working on pad work combonations with a partner. Practising jabs, hooks and uppercuts but without taking any real punches! We support, this with boxing fitness exercises like skippping, core work and body weight agility.
Beneifts? Great cardio workout and a fun way to improve fitness and coordinaiton. Will also increase speed and endurance. A fun way to release a little stress without anyone getting hurt!
Who For? Any age, and any boxing experience. Our instructors will teach any beginners proper boxing technique - no previous boxing experience. Pads and gloves are also provided or welcome to bring your own.↓
