60+ Gym & Class Membership

All 60+ Gym & Class members get access to two specialised over 60 class types.

60+ Group Fitness and Strong 60+.

If you have any health concerns, or have not been to a gym in recent years, we recommend starting with our Strong 60+ Starter pack. A member of the team can then recommend the most appropriate program for you. See more on what’s involved in the programs below.

Strong 60+

Strong 60+ classes take place on the Gym Floor in a group setting Monday - Thursday at 10.15am.

These classes are for anyone over 60 looking to build strength using gym floor machines, whilst being supported by an experienced trainer. The classes are particularly perfect for, but not restricted to anyone:

  • new to a gym environment,

  • recovering from surgery/illness or;

  • with restricted mobility.

    During the class you'll be taken through a group warm-up led by our experienced trainer. You will then work through your own gym floor program at your own pace. The trainer will be on hand to ensure movements are being done safely and to keep you accountable. The session will end with a group cool-down/stretch led by the trainer.

60+ Group Fitness

All Gym + Class members over 60 have access to our exclusive 60+ Group Fitness classes. These classes run similar programming to our other Group Fitness classes, but with an exclusive over 60 community.

The classes run Mon - Friday at 7.15am.

Wednesday’s 7.15am class is a Stretch & Flex class. The focus of this class is on increasing mobility and will involve a range of different techniques using bands, foam rollers, massage balls and dynamic and static stretches.

As part of your membership, you will also have access to Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Zumba classes.
