Teens Classes

We have two Teens programs that differ in programming and equipment. For any Teen staring out in the gym, we recommend the Functional Teens classes. Once they have a mature understanding about strength & fitness, we can then progress them to the S&C classes.

Functional Teens

Functional Teens classes run Mon - Thurs, 4.15pm - 5pm.

Classes take place in our Group Fitness room and are suitable for ages 11-15 years old.

Teens use equipment including light kettlebells, dumbbells, spin bikes and skipping ropes for functional full body workouts. These classes can also include game like elements to keep them fun and interactive.

These classes will improve your Teens cardio fitness and help to build healthy growing bones and muscles. These classes will also help to build your Teens confidence, with a non-competitive environment, it allows them to focus on their own personal fitness.


S&C Teens

S&C Teens classes run Mon - Thurs, 5.15pm - 6.15pm & 6.15pm - 7.15pm.

Classes take place on our gym floor and are suitable for ages 14-17 years old.

Teens are taught barbell form & technique for movements like Deadlifts, Squats & Bench Press. Plus, conditioning & cardio workouts that can include functional equipment like rower, ski ergs, echo bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, skipping ropes and more. Classes also include rehab exercises that increase mobility, range of motion and strengthen joints.

These classes are perfect for Teens wanting to use barbells, and ensure perfect form and technique to avoid injury and lift their very best. It’s also a perfect accompaniment training to competitive sports like AFL, Netball, Swimming, Soccer etc. as the classes increase all elements of fitness including cardio, power, strength, agility, mobility and more!

What’s the cost?

S&C Teens: $34.95/week

includes access to gym floor & any of the other adult Group Fitness classes inc. Pilates, Yoga and Boxing. If under 15, they will require an adult parent or guardian member supervision.

If over 16, they can also get 24/7 gym access.

Functional Teens: $27.95/week

includes access to gym floor & any of the other adult Group Fitness classes inc. Pilates, Yoga and Boxing, if deemed mature enough by instructors. If under 15, they will require an adult parent or guardian member supervision.

If over 16, they can also get 24/7 gym access.

All memberships are on a flexi 4-week contract. You can cancel membership anytime with 28-day notice.
