High Protein Yoghurt & Granola

INGREDIENTS {Serves 1}

  • 180g Natural or Coconut Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. protein powder

  • 100g berry of choice

  • 20g quality granola (we love ones from The Source Wholefoods!)

  • Cinnamon dash

METHOD

  1. Stir together the yoghurt & protein powder

  2. Top with fresh or frozen berries & a sprinkle of delicious granola

  3. Dust with cinnamon

NOTES

Feel free to swap the granola for toasted nuts or seeds
