High Protein Yoghurt & Granola
INGREDIENTS {Serves 1}
180g Natural or Coconut Yogurt
1 tbsp. protein powder
100g berry of choice
20g quality granola (we love ones from The Source Wholefoods!)
Cinnamon dash
METHOD
Stir together the yoghurt & protein powder
Top with fresh or frozen berries & a sprinkle of delicious granola
Dust with cinnamon
NOTES
Feel free to swap the granola for toasted nuts or seeds
