Cherry Ripe Smoothie
INGREDIENTS {Serves 1}
250ml dairy free milk of choice
40g coconut yoghurt
3 tbsp vanilla protein powder (we love True)
100g frozen cherries
1 tbsp. cacao or cocoa
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender or blend with a stick blender.
Pour into one glass or portable protein shaker and serve.
NOTES
To save time in the morning make this the night before so you can grab & go!
