Strong Seniors is an affordable instructor led program designed to improve your health and fitness to help you lead a happier, healthier and longer life.

Who is Strong Seniors for?
Anyone over 55 who would like to improve their mobility, balance, co-ordination and strength. It is suitable for beginners through to experienced gym users. We assess and accommodate for injuries and your specific goals

How do the classes work?
The classes commence with a group warm up focusing on stretching, mobility and balance. After the warm up participants start on their own personalised strength & conditioning programs, with an experienced and qualified personal trainer overseeing the group. Participants can have 1 or multiple programs to follow, and they can be updated regularly based on your personal progress and fitness goals.

When are the classes run?
Classes are run Monday through to Friday. We run 2 classes per day, the first class is from 7.30am to 8.30am and the second class is run at 11am till 12noon. All classes run for 1hr in duration.

Meet people and make friends!
Exercise in a friendly, supportive, safe and motivating environment with a group of like minded people. At the end of each month we all go for coffee together and some members often catch up outside of the gym during the week or weekend for various other social activities.

How do I get started?
Each participant needs to book in for a 45min assessment with 1 of our qualified fitness professionals. During the assessment we review your injuries, illness, fitness levels and goals. This assessment provides us with accurate information to create your your strong seniors program.
