Nutritionist ~ Kelly Richardson

British born Kelly Richardson is a leading Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist,
who specialises in nourishing the body and educating and improving people’s relationship with food. Her passions lie in teaching people how to make healthy-eating fun and delicious but also teaching them along the way how to cook and why it’s goof for them.

Kelly studied her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree at Kings College London
and then went on to do her Master of Science in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition
at Oxford Brookes University, while conducting private one-on-one consultations
with Clients.

Kelly has worked at Fresh Start full time since 2010 and runs the Weight Loss Challenge, Cambridge Weight Plan, the Clean Eating Challenge, undertakes One-On-One Nutrition Consultations, Family Nutrition Planning, holds educational community Masterclasses and takes Cooking Demonstrations.

Kelly also work’s with ‘Commando Steve’ and have helped his team create
‘Get Commando Fit’.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Master of Science in Applied Sport
and Exercise Nutrition

Consultation

You Get:

A 30 minute consult covering dietary analysis, goal setting. This is a good starting assessment or ‘catch up’ session.

15 Minute
Consultation

You Get:

Weigh, measure and brief
diary check. Perfect if you just want to find out where you
are right now.

Will include full body fat and muscle mass analysis

Tanita Analysis:

If wanted will include full Tanita analysis, which measures your body composition analysis that includes accurate weight,
%body fat, hydration status, estimated muscle mass and specific body measurements.
